What we are looking for

Vue School is actively seeking a detail-oriented Email Marketing Administrator with a knack for copywriting to work closely with our Email Marketing Specialist in managing, preparing, and launching impactful email campaigns. Designed for individuals looking to enter the realm of email marketing, this role involves contributing to lead generation, conversion, and customer retention efforts.

Your primary responsibility will be crafting and launching email campaigns, conducting A/B tests, collecting valuable statistics, and learning and executing new initiatives related to email marketing.

The successful candidate will need to be detail-oriented and highly organized in managing email campaigns and workflows.

Requirements

Marketing qualification or relevant work experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in email marketing or marketing automation
Copywriting skills
Experience with email marketing platforms, preferably Drip and/or Customer.io
Familiarity with internal messaging tools, preferably Slack
Familiarity with task tracking, preferably Asana
Really results and data-driven with good analytical skills
Ability to work accurately and within deadlines
Has amazing attention to detail
Logical thinking
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience with other customer communications mediums such as in-app or web notifications is advantageous
Can handle repetitive tasks without losing interest or concentration
Great PC skills
A little bit of geekiness would be good.

Duties and Responsibilities

Create email scheduling plans
Load and schedule emails in Customer.io and Drip
Create required segments
Perform email testing (delivery, preview, spam)
Monitor results; collect and report on sending statistics
Analyze and update subject lines & preheaders
Run A/B tests (subject lines, content, sending times, and calls-to-action to optimize campaign performance)
Create automation workflows
Author emails where necessary

You need

Reliable internet connection (all meetings and work is done online)
Experience working remotely
Ability to work in CET time zone, with core hours between 9 am and 6 pm.
